Pastor Carlos and Judith Carballo are charismatic leaders, visionaries and an inspirational matrimony that are being led by God to see the fulfillment of Ezekiel 37. When Ezekiel commanded the dry bones to hear the Word of the Lord, he was preparing the spiritual atmosphere to receive the life-giving power of God’s Word. As Ezekiel spoke each Word as God directed him, things began to happen in the valley of death. Each word entered the atmosphere and became a vibrating force of life and power, impacting the dry bones and raising them from death. In 2008 God ignited a vision to gather broken people from the inner cities all over the North East to a place where they can have an encounter with God and receive freedom and empowerment to serve Him as He so desires. Today along with their four children, they lead a revival hub in Western New York, where people are starting to unite for revival encounters. River of Life operates in the Spirit Realm and has seen many healed, delivered and empowered.
